One of three subtypes of the fearsome inhabitants of the impassible forests. It is used to hunting in the low, thorny underbrush and so its entire body except for its head is covered in impenetrable plumage. Its sharp beak pierces the steel of the best armour, and its claws easily tear apart large predators. The wise Maurinas managed to tame the fierce creature, and now their watchmen ride out on the backs of these beasts to defend the sacred tree. |
