One of three subtypes of the fearsome inhabitants of the impassible forests. Its legs and head are covered in hard feathers, which it uses to dig up other creatures' nests and burrows. With its sharp beak, it pierces the steel of the best armour, and its claws easily tear apart large predators. The wise Maurinas managed to tame the fierce creature, and now their watchmen ride out on the backs of these beasts to defend the sacred tree. |
