The steward of the hunt, who has been serving Celeste faithfully. Almost too faithfully, given that he was known for setting the hounds on the Queen's enemies for his lady’s amusement. After the death of the Queen, Elgar decided that he had a better chance of surviving in a monster-infested tomb than in the city captured by the rebels. And he was right - nobody has yet put and end to his wandering through the dark corridors of the Labyrinth, where he roams surrounded by vicious dogs.
