The great chieftain of the mountain trolls possesses the power worthy of his stature. His massive body looks like it was carved from rocks. It is covered with battle scars and welts, evidence of his innumerable victories. Aur’s skin is colored like the granite from the depths, and his eyes appear as two shimmering embers, full of rage and scorn for anyone who would dare challenge him.
Aur the Disgruntled mountain Troll was once known as Aur the Wise. He was not only a powerful warrior but also a judicious ruler who held deep respect for the traditions and history of his people. Aur was elected chieftain for being just and capable of seeing the path through the hardest of times.
But despite the glories of his rule, there were those riddled with envy... They managed to depose Aur and imprison him deep beneath the mountain. After being betrayed and languishing in solitude for a millennium, Aur has renounced the peaceful ways. He has become cruel and full of suspicion, and trusts no one. His threats are to run roughshod over the peaceful villages and settlements, destroying all in his path. |
