Candidate Requirements

• 18 years old.
  
• speak, write & understand the English language fluently.
• minimum 4 level game character
  
• have 180 days (6 months) at least actively on your character’s game experience

How does the application progress proceed?

1. Submit your application below (remember to fill in all the required fields. The template can be found at the end of this topic)
   
2. When the status of your application changes to "in progress", you will be contacted by the Head Mentor (HM) or Assistant Head Mentor (AHM)
   
3. We will determine whether we can go to training in a short conversation about you and your knowledge. At the same time, your character will be checked for breaking the rules of the game.
   
4. The training lasts for 10 hours of mentor shifts with a trainer, during which you perform practice shifts, but also during each of these hours, the trainer conducts a series of training on you to get prepared for the role of a mentor
   
5. After the training, HM or AHM makes a test with you, and then HM will confirm whether we can accept you in the mentors structures!
