We have a new support website. It can now be found on this address:
If you need to submit a ticket to the support, just click on a corresponding section on this website and submit a ticket from there. You can find a lot of useful information on our new support website that will answer most of your questions before you submit a ticket with your request. To submit a ticket, you need to be logged into the my.com system with email and password that you've entered into the my.com registration window that popped up when you first logged into the game after the 4th of April. If you forgot your password, you can always recover it here. Additional information about the new support website as well as a step-by-step instruction with pictures on how to submit a ticket is available on the forum.
