This certificate allows the players to restore professional experience or items, which they have deleted by mistake.
In the case of professions, please note that the players that use this service will have to relearn their original profession first. Once this is done, the players can notify us in order to restore the corresponding professional experience with the original values. However, the items and recipes related to the profession cannot be restored!
For technical reasons the profession of Healer is expressly excluded from the restoration!
In order to use this service, the renouncement of the profession to be restored or the item lost should not lie more than 2 months behind.
In order to restore a profession or item, after purchasing the certificate, please contact Support to notify them which item or profession should be restored.
