This blueprint will allow you to upgrade the Vault in the Manor to level 7, which will allow you to freeze 8 items with any length of life span and provides the option of using 8 slots in the Town Hall.
As well as the blueprint, you will need 9999 riolite and 9999 energy.
If you want to erect this building, you will need a Level VI Vault.
This building can’t be constructed until 1 May 2024.
