Improvements:
2★ With the item equipped, the chance for physical and magical critical blow always increases by 1%. The chance to receive the base effect increases by 40%.
3★ The strength of the base effect increases by 25%. The duration of the base effect increases to 8 turns.
4★ With the item equipped, the chance to stun an enemy always increases by 1%. The item’s stats increase by 5%.
5★ The base effect is additionally applied to one ally on your team.
