Flawless Valour Clan !!!
I. General Provisions
1.1. This Charter is a fundamental document governing the activities of the clan Flawless.
1.2. Clan Flawless action is existing under the laws of the game *Legend: Legacy of the Dragons*.
1.3. All processes in the clan Flawless, as well as their domestic policies - are confidential.
II. Aims And Objectives Of The Clan
2.1. Achievement of the clan and its members well-deserved respect among the races of Humans and Magmars.
2.2. Buildup of combat power.
2.3. Material and valiant growth of each character.
2.4. Preservation within the clan is adequate, stable and a friendly atmosphere for all characters.
III. Admission To The Clan
3.1. To join the clan Flawless, a player must meet the conditions of reception force at the moment.
3.2. Reception conditions are solved by leadership of the clan and are subject to change at any time, for the benefit of the clan and all its participants.
3.3. Joining the clan only on the interview results.
3.4. Even with the conformance requirements for entry announced at this time, the leadership of the clan reserves the right to refuse an application without any explanation.
IV. Clan Diplomacy
4.1. Official statements from the clan Flawless can make characters consisting in the leadership of the clan.
4.2. Other statements, charts, comments, and personal opinions of members of the clan will not be disclosed outside of the clan Flawless.
V. Penalties
5.1. The penalties for members of the clan settles the leadership of the clan. Punishment can be in the form of a fine which is paid to the clan coffers.
5.2. The penalty may be appealed within 3 days after the decision on the punishment.
5.3. The last word in settling disputes rests with the leader of the clan, which is the supreme leadership of the clan.
VI. General Rights And Duties Of Members Of Flawless
6.1. Each clan member must follow the law of the game *Legend: Legacy of the Dragons*.
6.2. Each clan member has the right to ask for help from any member of the clan.
6.3. Each clan member is entitled to protection by the clan and allied clans.
6.4. Each clan member has the right to help other players, as long as its within the policies of the clan.
6.5. Each clan member has the right to make suggestions, creative ideas, projects concerning the organization and operation of the clan as a whole, as well as the clans guide.
6.6. Each clan member must be enabled to clan chat, but if a clan member is to be in an instance - the clan chat can be turned off.
6.7. Each clan member is obligated to respect the members of his clan, other clans, to try not to use obscene words in the clan chat, as well as to refrain from insults.
6.8. Each clan member must not bear the harm and danger of the clan through their actions and inaction, not panic and cause confusion in clan chat.
6.9. In the event of any conflict with other clans or players - a clan member is obligated to make a screenshot of the chat or battle, or to copy the chat log and turn to leadership of the clan.
6.10. In the absence of more than a month without prior notice to the clan leader you may be excluded from the clan (and solved by the head of council).
