Curse of Poverty
This curse restricts a character from participating in battlefields, using their professions, trading via the post and auction, accepting invitations to join a group, receiving energy, receiving money from monsters, selling items to the trader, participating in the battles for the Faults, decreases the number of items received from monsters by 90%. The penalty can only be removed in the dungeons (jail).


Curse of Captivity
This curse places a character in the dungeons, automatically removing him/her from any group of which s/he is a member and disbanding any group of which s/he is a leader. In the dungeons, the only game service available to the character is the use of chat.

Curse of Rejection
A punishment that a player receives for serious game rule violations. Characters with such a curse are 90% less likely to obtain monetary rewards for killing monsters and it prevents the receipt of quest items and other items. Access to the exchange, auction, estate and post office closes. A ban in enforced on trading, obtaining resources, joining groups, participating in clan events (access to the citadel, treasury, bank deposit boxes and clan management functions closes). Contact with NPCs becomes unavailable.

  1. Forbidden information – information that is against forum and chat rules, thus it is forbidden to use such information in (including but not limited to) player’s information, pet’s names, out coming post messages, fight names, notes to gifts.

  2. Punishment: Curse of Rejection (with buying out fee starting from  3)

  3. Hacking of other players accounts

    Including but not limited to:

    • Attempts (successful or unsuccessful) to receive players login details

    Punishment: Indefinite Curse of Captivity

  4. Account sharing

    Punishment: Curse of Rejection

    Buying out fee (depends on character level): 

    • From 1 to 5 level –  50
    • From 6 to 10 level –  150
    • From 11 to 15 level –  300
    • From 16 to 20 level –  500

  5. Rigged fights

    Including but not limited to:


    Punishment: Curse of Rejection (with buying out fee from  50)
    If an instance is proven and considered as rigged + deduction of 500 000 valor points.

  6. Use of multi account to evade game limitations

    Including but not limited to:

    • Storing of items at multi account’s bag
    • Use of amulets of resurrection by multi account
    • Use of multi account to bypass forum/chat ban
    • Use of multi account to spy on opposing race locations

    Punishment: Curse of Refection (with buying out fee from  150)
     
  7. Power leveling – free transfer of game money and/or items, that exceeds recipient’s level limit (power leveling threshold) described below and was not payed back within 10 days

    Power leveling threshold is considered to be exceeded and punishable if total sum of transferred game money/goods for free is greater then:

    • 50 for characters of levels 1 - 4
    • 75 for level 5 characters
    • 100 for level 6 characters
    • 125 for level 7 characters
    • 150 for level 8 characters
    • 175 for level 9 characters
    • 200 for level 10 characters
    • 225 for level 11 characters
    • 250 for level 12 characters
    • 275 for level 13 characters
    • 300 for level 14 characters
    • 350 for level 15 characters
    • 400 for level 16 characters
    • 500 for level 17 characters and above

    Punishment: Curse of Rejection

    Buying out fee:

    For recipient of goods/money – sum of imbalanced trade
    For intermediary  50
    For sender  50 

  8. Operations on black market

    Including but not limited to:

    • Attempts to sell game characters/items/money for real money


    Punishment: Curse of Rejection Buying out fee: from  250 + sum of transferred items

  9. Destructive actions

    Including but not limited to:

    • Public claims about leaving the game
    • Insults addressed to Legend: Legacy of the Dragons administrators and the game itself
    • Actions that negatively affect the development of the game
    • Abuse of game bugs

    Punishment: Administration of the game reserves the right to impose any Curse for Destructive Actions it deems appropriate.

  10. Using third party software

    Including but not limited to:

    • Use of third party software that allows one to collect resources
    • Use of third party software that allows one to perform automated game actions
    • Use of third party software that allows one to fight monsters

    Punishment: Curse of Rejection

    Buying out fee: from  500

  11. Attacks on Guards and Mentors in retaliation for their work activities including but not limited to gags, curses.

    Punishment: Curse of Captivity

    Buying out fee:

    From  50 for characters of levels 1 - 10,
    From  150 for characters of levels 11 - 20.

  12. Use of languages other than English

    Punishment: Curse of Poverty

    Buying out fee: From  50
