Dear warriors,

This coming weekend will provide an opportunity for Faeo's great and good (and not so good) to prove themselves the most valourous warriors in the whole land!

With triple valour rewards for level 11+ in the Ancient Temple of the Chosen and for all levels in the Arena of the Underground Knights, there's never been a better chance to push for promotion from the warlord to the next rank.

Once again, swords will clash, bodies will fall and the Magmar and Human races will fight for the right for their dragon to lead the masses against the invasion of Chaos tomorrow. The 300 warriors from each race who have proven their patriotic fervour by killing the most Gungl Scouts over the past week will be given access to the Plateau of Silence battlefield at 18:00 server time on the 15th Febuary 2009. Make sure you are there!

   The Dragons have been carefully observing the efforts of Humans and Magmars on the battlefield over the past month and have concluded that the Magmar foot soldiers have proven themselves superior to their Human counterparts. As such, they will receive the greater blessing from their protector, the mighty Striagorn. Today, from 16:00 Faeo time, the dragons will wait for the warriors of their race, who have achieved the rank of at least  Fighter,  in the  Foothills of the Chions Mountains and  Hell's Pass, in to order to bless them and boost their attributes in battle. The battlefield victory counter has been suspended and will be reset after Chaos' army has been repelled.
 

Everybody knows what a great role Faeo's scientists play in the struggle with the monsters spawning across its vast continents, but there are times when the very same scientists make a monumental error which brings only harm to the peaceful inhabitants of these fine lands.

Though the demonologists have unleashed terror with Balthazar, they are a little more adept at dealing with smaller demons, such as Buyaka. They are now offering, for  3 or 10 demon shackles, the Aversion Curse, to ward off the furry little beast.

And if you find a letter in Balthazar's Cell, should do as it says, if you want a little reward...

Well, it seems like you've all been praying very hard and, having studied the renowned works on the subject of drops, the Gods have deigned to increase the drop rate of green and blue armour from all creatures. Not by a lot, but enough to make a difference. The Gods will be monitoring the effect of these changes to ensure 'peace' reigns in Faeo.

In addition, the Gods have instructed the bankers to semi-permanently increase the exchange rate by 25%.  1 will now get you  1  25 and  1 will now be worth  63. This increase will be for a trial period of two weeks to begin with, lasting until midday 18th February 2009, after which it will be reviewed.

You will also receive  1 extra whenever you exchange  40 until further notice, so  40 will now get you  51.

We are aware a large number of players are experiencing technical difficulties with the site, which appear to be excessive and abnormal.

The developers have been made aware of the issues and will be investigating tomorrow, 5th February 2009.

We will repair damaged items, if you post on the Administration forum, but with everything else we ask for your patience and understanding of the possibility of technical issues affecting your gameplay.
