A new quest is now available for level 6 and above warriors.
The scholars Avelius and Globius are preparing for a scientific symposium on the theme of Classifying Monsters from a Different Era, which is taking place any day now. Both the scholars want to distinguish themselves at this meeting of Faeo's greatest minds and, with not a hint of suspicion that anyone else is up to the same thing, they are both planning to build a model Rukkub, a horrifying monster which once lived in the Haunted Place on the Isles of Fay-Go many centuries ago, but which is now extinct.

Warriors! You have been summoned by your Dragons to stand up and be counted! Chaos is preparing yet another invasion of Faeo, another attempt to seize our world from us. He has already dispatched a battalion of Gungl Scouts into our world to conduct reconnaisance of our positions and strengths. The Dragons have ordered you, the warriors of Faeo, to conduct combat operations to eliminate the enemy spies and prevent the Army of Chaos's invasion, headed by General UyarrMO, into our world! Speak with your Dragon, Erifarius or Striagorn, then hunt down and destroy the enemy scouts which may be lurking in any part of Faeo. Upon killing a Gungl, you will receive his hatchet as proof of your victory.
 | Gungl DO's Hatchet | | | | Quest items | 0/0 | Level 5 | 0 |

|
Duration | 7d | This item cannot be transferred to another player! | It is difficult to call this piece of rough and unpolished metal a good weapon, but in the hands of a powerful and bloodthirsty Gungl it presents a serious danger. Collect as many hatchets as possible and on the 27th May take them to the Dragon as evidence of your counterespionage effectiveness. |
| | | | |
You have until 28th July to wipe out as many Gungl Scouts as you can and collect their hatchets to present to your Dragon. The Dragon will generously reward you with valour for the hatchets you bring. In addition, the 250 heroes from each race who kill the most Gungls and prove their loyalty to their nation beyond any doubt will be admitted to the grand Battle of the Dragons, which will take place on the Plateau of Silence at 1800 Faeo time on 28th July.* Magmars will find their Dragon, Striagorn, slumbering in Hell's Pass, whilst Humans will find theirs, Erifarius, playing chess with Death in the Foothills of Chions Mountains on the continent of Ogriy.
*N.B. As with last month, for technical reasons, the two Dragons will begin the fight to ensure all participants are in one battle and then time-out immediately, leaving the brave warriors of each race to do battle. Last race standing wins.
We apologise for these ongoing technical issues and are working hard to resolve them.

New quest for level 7 and above warriors!
A great honour has befallen Oden the Mage - he has been appointed to head the annual convocation of mages and wizards, who are coming from all corners of Faeo. Not to be outdone, Brugil'da the Sorceress is heading the annual Sabbath of witches and sorceresses. Everything has been going swimmingly for the both of them in the run up to the prestigious events except for one thing - practically all the guests that have been invited, be they witch or wizard, were pensioned off from military affairs long ago and no longer possess the fine physique of young warriors (if they ever did!)
This is not a problem, you might think, what with their broomsticks and pointy hats, but the bloodthirsty Saber-tooth tigers and Valdagor wolves, which prowl around Brugil'da and Oden's abodes, are licking their lips in anticipation. Oden, of the Ridge of Kayar, and Brugil'da, residing in the Village of Maettro, want you to guarantee the security of their guests and send the tigers and wolves packing. It's the perfect opportunity to sharpen your swords and pick up some experience before the dastardly Gungls arrive...

We had tens of applications to be the first Consecrators in Faeo, but unfortunately we could only take 3 Humans and 3 Magmars, so to those who missed out, do not be disheartened, find a husband or wife instead! All the applications received were of the highest quality and the choice was extremely difficult, but we have settled on the following appointments:
Humans: Fabious, gutty_guy and Death Rose.
Magmars: SecretSanta, Modema and Stefan The Beast.
The Palaces are now open and Rubaddu and Langri will give you more details about getting hitched. You can also find more information on Wedding Applications forum.
The basics are:
1. Find a future wife/husband. 2. Make an application on the Wedding Applications forum. 3. Await clearance by the Guards. 4. Write to a Consecrator, sending 5 gold and a copy of your application, to arrange a time and date. 5. Buy some rings and turn up at the Palace of Marriage on time! 6. Give the Consecrator the rings and wait for them to conduct the ceremony. 7. Settle down for a life of wedded, er, bliss!
Good luck! The Administration wishes you all happy futures together!

Ladies and Gentlemen,
The amorous climate in Faeo at the moment, brought on by the summer sunshine, has led to Rubaddu and Langri taken the decision to open their Palaces of Marriage!
However, before they can do so, they need to appoint some junior Consecrators to help them conduct marriage ceremonies. The Consecrators will be appointing three juniors each.
The applications are now closed, further details will be announced on Monday 7th July. Thanks to all those who contacted us.

Once the Consecrators have been chosen and trained, you will be able to apply to marry your beloved and more details will be released about the process. In the meantime, you can now visit your local Palace of Marriage and its shop to see what rings are on offer and stock up on invitations and bouquets! Magmars will find the Palace on the Square of Fire; Humans will find it on Daylight Square.

Due to the number of requests we have had to change this and that, (and those who have abused our option to do so, for the purpose of avoiding recrimination from other players) we have decided to implement some rules and adminstration charges which have been added into the Game Rules.
New quests for level 6 warriors now accessible:
The sun is shining, the birds are singing, the flowers are...well, actually, they are not and that makes Jolly Magdalen not quite so jolly right now. The problem is, you see, that her home in Settlement Mentali has proven a popular spot with Clay Golems, who are now destroying her peace. They walk around day and night, their thunderous feet causing such a racket that no one can sleep. Even worse, they do not bother to look where they are going and have trampled all over Magdalen's pretty flowers, planted with the help of that friendly gnome, Serafim. It's high time someone stood up to these clumsy giants...!
Sporucs the Sorcerer has been enjoying the fine weather by taking the opportunity to wander in the forest. All well and good until the other day when Sporucs saw the strangest of scenes - a Black-headed snake, known for its deadly venom, bit a Kodrag but, instead of the Kodrag collapsing dead on the spot, it wandered off through the dense forest as if nothing had happened. Sporucs simply cannot understand how the Kodrag managed to survive such a bite and needs a courageous warrior to go and collect some Kodrag blood so that he can examine it properly.
