Dear players, the
support of Legend: Legacy of the Dragonss is currently being reworked so that we will soon be able to provide you with answers to your questions and help you
more quickly and more efficiently. Therefore we have implemented a new system which you can use from now on: the
Mail.ru Games Support Center.
The new center has been developed so that you can receive an answer to your questions as quickly as possible and to provide an overview of the most frequent issues and questions. If you want to know anything just use the new knowledge base which already provides lots of solutions and explanations.
If you want to ask a question to our support first create an account via the "register" button. PLEASE NOTE: The creation of an account is OBLIGATORY, it is NOT possible to login with your game login data.
First have a look into the knowledge base ansd check whether there is an answer to your question. If this is not the case you will find at the end of each article a "Submit a Ticket" button. Click there and follow the instructions: after you have selcted your game and your language you can fill in a form and describe your issue. While you describe the problem the system will automatically suggest articles that might contain a solution.
To check if you have received an answer to your inquiry log into the support center and check tickets. There you can read our answer and provide feedback if necessary.
All tickets that have been created via the old system and that are currently unanswered or open have to be closed for technical reasons. If the issues decribed in these tickets still persist please use the new support center.
