When Faeo was covered with snow last winter warriors could use Ice Bears as mounts. These loyal beasts prefer the cold and can be fed with snowballs only, so there is not much use for them in summer. Both 
Globius and 
Avelius havefor a long time been working on a device that enables warriors to use the Bears during the whole year. Now they have improved this Ice Horn and need your help to test it!
The
Ice Horn produces a permanently cold atmosphere around the Ice Bear and when you blow it, it provides you with
snowballs in exchange for a little
Silver. But before you can use the Ice Horn you need to charge it! There are special
Ice Runes that
Globius and
Avelius created for this horn, but they have been stolen from them! According to rumors these runes are now in the hands of the monsters of the instances of Faeo
Speak to
Globius or
Avelius to receive an
Ice Bear Amulet and an
Ice Horn. You can keep these items for 25 hours. In this time you need to find all the Ice Runes and charge the horn. As soon as you have charged the Ice Horn you can use the
Roaming Ice Bear Amulet you received from the scholar in your fights and for riding through the lands of Faeo.
Warriors from level 4 should talk to
Globius or
Avelius to help them testing the Ice Horn and to ride an Ice Bear during these warm days. This quest will be available for one week. Under all particiapnts we will draw one lucky player who gets a permanent
ice bear amulet.
