That is much easier now than before: have a look in the Premium Shop, where you can find loads of certificates for extra services!

After acquiring one of these certificates in the Premium Shop, please contact Support in order to explain your individual wishes. In this way, you can e.g. obtain customized presents, wedding rings or emoticons for chats, which are specially designed by our graphic designers in accordance with your ideas.
 

From now on you can even become a legendary character again! Why not make your character unique with a customized avatar, which can be specially designed according to your wishes? Of course, a legendary character needs a legend, which can be written especially for you too. You can find examples of legendary characters here and here. Entire Clans can reach the status of a legendary clan and even obtain their own, customized Clan Crest.
