The Battle of the Forefathers | 29.07.2014 10:00 |
Warriors! Mistress of the Dragons Sheara has decided to reward the bravest of you with double valor and non-breaking items this weekend!
Your items won't break and you'll receive double valor in battles from April 24th, 16:00 till April 27th, 12:00 Faeo time.
One more thing. Elders Baguron and Verkiry say that they were visited by Gnomish messenger who told them that Mysterious Gnomes will be back on April 27th to open their Trade Fair!
Good luck Warriors!

Please remove this event.........
it is so unconvenient.. and in my opinion not really fair to givve a boost for a whole week to a side..... repeatedly... every week...
OK.. if thats a reward... exceptionnal... thats is a nice reward...but winning a jackpot everyweek .. is a bit.. abused...... That litterally means 90% of the month mags have a accessible extra blessing that is reccuring each 6 hrs.... come on...... be realistic...what good does that bring....... what kind of balance does that bring ?!,,,,, tell me....and if you preach for unbalancing things..then Fine.. you are so right giving this event everyweek......
But i will not support this idea much longer..... thats for sure.. |

This is a high level event that only ends up affecting the lower levels as the reward is a low level bless. Most of the human mages don't care to try because of this and the mag mages do. This means that all battlefields are ruined for humans for 5 days of the week. The reward should be changed to fit the mages who the event is for or just gotten rid of completely. |

Hmmm, while I am enjoying the rewards, I have to say... You didn't see this coming? I don't care which side you're on, it's a massive benefit for one race and unbalances the game. I think rewards like the chests are great as a benefit to the winners and I wouldn't complain about a bless for a shorter period of time, but I like a more balanced game where BFs may actually occur (not that they do any more). |

The event that there is no sense to separate levels as small lvl wizards arriving kill us, the step to go there to really damage my armor. |

I missed one and went to the second over the past few weeks. Mags won both due to massive advantages in numbers, especially amongst the high level mages. Was a complete waste of buffs and as has been pointed out, has little benefit to mages. The only reason to show up is for valor, but the losing side doesn't get much and humans are guaranteed to lose as long as our best - who have no need for valor OR the weak reward - refuse to show up.
So this is an event best skipped completely by humans until such time as admins realize their mistake and get rid of it. |
