So if i declare my dissent, i don't have to follow the rules anymore? |

Berserkas: If you declare your dissent with the Terms of Use in their present state, you are not allowed to use the Game and services. This is stipulated in the Terms of Use. Upon registration you have to abide by the Rules and accept the Terms of Use. |

It looks like clause 5 allows users to rescind their contract with Astrum enirely if it's within 2 weeks of the receipt of this information about the new terms.
Does that mean that until the 15th of September any user who dissents with the new Terms of Use can be reimbursed as they simultaneously reimburse Astrum for all benefits if they declare in writing that they'd like to cancel?
I am having confusion because of the talk about mutal reimbursement in this rescission clause paired with the description of the in-game, non-real currency in the first section of the third clause. Could you clarify a little please? Or say who might better help me understand all the terms? |

paragraph 13:
-
The free standard version of the game might not contain all the features and functions possible.
In return for payment you can obtain access to so called premium features which are not available in the free standard version.
-
I would really like some clarification on this point; What ARE the premium services?
e.g.:
- I am currently bidding 7 gold (in-game currency) on the auction for a purple recipe.
- In two weeks time: is the use of this recipe still a "free" feature or will I be unable to use the recipe because it became a "premium" item and I would have to pay "real" cash to use it?
This can have MAJOR influence on game enjoyment.
so:
Where can I find what will become a "premium" service and what will remain "free"?

Is there any particular reason why ppl who ask what would happen if they disagree, they are told within 5 hours they are not allowed to play the game anymore, but when ppl ask a CLARIFICATION of article 5 (Shevek) or 13 (me) or the new terms as a whole (boramir and eagleeye), they are simply ignored for a full week ??? Right now you are asking me to agree to the new "terms of use" without telling me what they in effect mean for my character... that makes it kinda hard to agree, doesnt it? |

Since there is still no reaction to these posts and i am still not clear on all terms: I hereby declare to agree with MY INTERPRETATION of the new "Terms of Use". If in any way my interpretation differs from the "Astrum Online"- interpretation of the new "Terms of Use", they can clarify their interpretation within two weeks by responding to this post. After this term, I will assume my interpretation is the correct interpretation. |
