New Terms of Use effective from November 11th 2009

We would like to inform you that the Terms of Use (TU) have been changed in some points. The changes become effective Wednesday, 11th of November 2009. We kindly ask you to study the changed TU carefully. Please be aware that you are entitled to declare your dissent with the changes in the TU within 14 (fourteen) days, otherwise the changes shall be considered as read and accepted.

In case you misunderstood the Terms of Use: There have been no changes in the content of Terms of Use. The only change concerns the company address. There are no plans to make this game pay-to-play.

thank god tht is cleared up, mabye next time you change them you highlight whts changed so we dont mistake an address change for the fundamental altering of this game haha
