Three things earned a reward in every level group: damage dealt, kills and other players' life healed. Each one was counted twice over, once as a season total across all of a warrior's island fights, and once as their best single island fight. Top three in each, in each level group.

The single-fight places go to three different warriors. Everyone is counted once, with their own best fight, so holding the two highest results yourself still wins you one place and the next one goes to somebody else.

We sat down with prominent players and clan leaders and asked them the questions the public simply had to have the answers to. Every interview from this season is collected in the Library. Our thanks to everyone who took the time to answer.

You sent us your pets, and what a menagerie it was: 42 different pets fought alongside their masters and made it into the thread, from 6 clans. Maximum Disrespect brought 23 of them on their own, more than every other clan put together.

Your mottos and battlecries were funny, dramatic and in a couple of cases genuinely alarming. These three were the best of them.

You placed 118 bets on the overall winner before the deadline, and the crowd was anything but undecided. Here is where the money went. We are naming no names, only numbers.

The season was won by  Hostilis Humanis, so the favourite did not come home. 21 of you backed them anyway and collect the reward.

A further 12 bets arrived after the deadline had passed and 27 were repeat entries from someone who had already placed a bet. Neither kind counts towards the figures above. Everyone who backed the right clan in time receives their reward.
