Battling alongside their possessors, pets raise their level and receive 10% of the experience gained by the owner. It is worth noting, however, that the total amount of experience received by their master will not decrease.
Does your pet seem exhausted? You can put it to sleep and after a full cycle of rest it will recharge itself substantially and will be eager to join you on the battlefield once again. Want your pet to rest a little, but also want it to be prepared for battle? Well, you can put it into a relax mode and wake it up at any time.
In addition, as you can see you will be able to monitor your superblows while fighting as well. Which is not related to the pet, but rather just another cool feature that comes with the long awaited update.
