Once again, swords will clash, bodies will fall and the Magmar and Human races will fight for the right for their dragon to lead the masses against the invasion of Chaos tomorrow. The 300 warriors from each race who have proven their patriotic fervour by killing the most Gungl Scouts over the past week will be given access to the Plateau of Silence battlefield at 18:00 server time on the 11th March 2009. Make sure you are there!

The Dragons have been carefully observing the efforts of Humans and Magmars on the battlefield over the past month and have concluded that the Human foot soldiers have proven themselves superior to their Magmar counterparts. As such, they will receive the greater blessing from their protector, the mighty Erifarius. Today, from 16:00 Faeo time, the dragons will wait for the warriors of their race, who have achieved the rank of at least Fighter, in the Foothills of the Chions Mountains and Hell's Pass, in to order to bless them and boost their attributes in battle. The battlefield victory counter has been suspended and will be reset after Chaos' army has been repelled.
UPDATE: The Battle of the Dragons has finished. After an intense battle, the Magmars, despite turning up late, earned a glorious victory over the Humans and, as the victors, will receive 10 times as much experience in the battle with Chaos as the Humans. The Dragons have generously rewarded all participants in the battle who fought side-by-side with them. On the 12th March, when Chaos tries to tear into the world of Faeo, Humans and Magmars, under the command of Striagorn, will lead the resistance.
Today is a wonderful day! The trade fair caravans have finally reached Faeo and set up their stalls under the patronage of Samary and Menachem! The Wonder Trade Fair is full of amzaing goodies to help you in daily struggle for survival in this vicious world! You can find all your favourites at the fair - everyone knows what a great boost Celebration Punch and and Elixirs of Invulnerability provide, whilst only the Dragon Sword can rival the Assassin's Battle Axe as the most-sought after weapon. Once again, the merchants have sourced a new set of beautiful wedding rings, crafted by jewellers who passed to the other side long, long ago. The set was, is and always will be without equal. This is your only chance to buy a set!
The Antiquarian has also set up a special stall at the trade fair, having got hold of a new batch of playing cards. Each pack contains a special collectors’ card, a complete set of which will open whole new possibilities!
Another highlight of the programme is the Amulet of Call – Scorpion, notable for its weightlessness and stunning effectiveness in battle. Try it!
And, finally, what kind of a trade fair would it be without some new and exciting items making an appearance? Well, the merchants have brought caravans stuffed full of a host of new and unique battle elixirs especially for you: The Wonders Trade Fair, opened by the Antiquarian, will run until midnight on Wednesday 11th March only! Samary the Antiquarian can be found on the Outskirts of Klesva and Menachem the Antique Dealer is located in the Valley of Fire.

Warriors! Your Dragons have called upon you to take decisive action! Chaos is preparing its next invasion of Faeo and has begun reconnaissance of our forces' positions and strengths. Chaos has already sent hundreds of Gungl Scouts into our world to gather intelligence. The Dragons want you to take part in an operation to eliminate these enemy spies and halt the invasion of Faeo by Chaos' army, led by General UyarrMO!
Once you have accepted the mission from the Dragons, you will need to track down and destroy the enemy scouts who can be found across the whole of Faeo. Once you have killed a Gungl, you will receive his hatchet as proof of your victory. Destroy as many Gungl Scouts as possible by the 11th March, when you will be able to present the hatchets to your Dragon, showing him your legendary powers, and exchange them for valour. The 300 warriors from each race, who destroy the most Gungls, proving their patriotic fervour, will be admitted to the grand Battle of the Dragons, which will take place on the 11th March at 18:00 Faeo time on the Plateau of Silence. Magmars will find their Dragon, Striagorn, slumbering in Hell's Pass, whilst Humans will find theirs, Erifarius, playing chess in the Foothills of Chions Mountains on the continent of Ogriy.
Those enterprising antiquarians, Samary and Menachem, always looking to combine personal gain with social progress, have declared the Gungl hunt season open from the 23rd to the 27th February. Gungl Mavericks, Gungl Exiles, GunglDOs, GunglVOs, GunglXOs and GunglXO Inspectors are all legitimate targets. During the course of the hunt, those who take on and defeat these foul fiends have a chance of getting hold of some trophy coins, which are of great interest to Samary and Menachem. By killing these monsters, you will not only be doing a great service to Faeo, by clearing it of evil creatures, but you will be earning the chance to participate in the Antiquarians’ prize draw, which you can enter by exchanging your trophy coins for lottery tickets with Samary and Menachem. The hunt lasts until midday 27th February. On the same day, at 16:30, the Antiquarians will conduct the prize draw and hand out the prizes to the lucky winners shortly after. See here for full details and results of the draw.
