Magic is a dangerous thing and often produces unforseen results. This happened to the mages of Faeo as they tried to teleport the wares of the tradesmen who usually offer the precious chests: Instead of getting all the chests into the mages´ lair and thus achieving a masterful robbery, only the keys for the locked chests arrived. 
 

 

What ever happened to all those boxes filled with wonders and mysteries is not certain. They may reappear anywhere in Faeo...
