All country-folk have heard about the chickens that lay golden eggs through legends and fairy tales, but the scholars always thought it was nothing but wishful thinking. Now, however, rumours are spreading that a few chickens that have this ability have appeared. It goes without saying that everyone would love to get their hands on one!

 Ikvan the Peasant has found such a bird among the chickens in his coop, and another has fallen into one of  Kugar the Hunter's traps. Now you must find a way to get either the simple peasant or the wily hunter to hand over the chicken.
 

If you want it to lay golden eggs, you must give it the best chicken feed in all Faeo. Go to the pet masters  Mila or  Benita.

There you will find the finest grain for your hen. As soon as the bird lays a golden egg, you can crack it open and discover what's inside: The eggs can contain up to 25  Gold, rare resources and other valuable items. The Gur Bird Pet is also known to hatch from Golden eggs.
