The Elders want all the warriors of  Ogriy and  Khair to get into the right mood for the October event at the end of this month. What is more suitable for this than decorating all the locations in the Scary Spirit of this season? Winners and participants will be rewarded with Talent Coin which can be exchanged in the Jesters shops in the City Fairs.
