In order to take part in the Big Raffle you need to purchase bags with raffle tickets in the shop on your city square. The bags are available until July 28, 20:00 Faeo time. The more winning tickets you find in the bags  the higher is the chance that your ticket is drawn! The winners will be announced on July 29 at 15:00 Faeo time.

Players (starting from level 4) who did not win, can exchange their winning tickets for Trunks and Boxes on July 30. The keys for the trunks can be bought at the city shop from July 30, 11:00 Faeo time until August 1st, 11:00 Faeo time.
