Curse of Poverty
This curse restricts a character from participating in battlefields, using their professions, trading via the auction and post, accepting invitations to join a group, receiving energy, receiving money from monsters, selling items to the trader, participating in battles for the Faults and decreases the number of items received from monsters by 90%. The penalty can only be removed in the dungeons (jail).

 

 
Curse of Rejection
A punishment that a player receives for serious game rule violations. Characters with such a curse are 90% less likely to obtain monetary rewards for killing monsters and it prevents the receipt of quest items and other items. Access to the exchange, auction, estate and post office are restricted. A ban is enforced on trading, obtaining resources, joining groups, participating in clan events (access to the citadel, treasury, bank deposit boxes and clan management functions are also restricted). Contact with NPCs becomes unavailable.
 

1.  Forbidden information: Information that is against forum and chat rules, thus it is forbidden to use such information in (including but not limited to) players information, pets names, outgoing post messages, saved battle names, notes on and in the group search service:

  • Recurring advertisements
  • Rude expressions or insults - both directly and indirectly towards other players or the Administration
  • Profanity, including abbreviations
  • Mention of drugs and how they are used
  • Mention of elements of pornography, as well as the description of sexual relations in any form
  • Promotion of suicide
  • Links to third-party projects
  • Statements of a nationalistic nature and words that contribute to the incitement of religious, national and political hatred
  • Attempts to agree on the rules (except for the rules established by the Administration) in Player vs Player environments.
     

The rules also prohibit posting information on places that are not intended for this, for example, commercial advertisements in saved battle names and in the group search service.
 

Punishment:
Curse of Poverty with the option of removal after paying a fine.
The penalty is determined by Guards/Moderators and depends on the character's level, the severity of the violation and the recurrence:

From Levels 1 to 5 - from 10
From Levels 6 to 10 - from 30
From Levels 11 to 15 - from 100
For Level 16 and above - from 200
 

For smaller violations:
From Levels 1 to 5 - from 5
From Levels 6 to 10 - from 10
From Levels 11 to 15 - from 25 
For Level 16 and above - from 50
 

The Administration reserves the right to give its own verdict on any of the violations listed above.


 

1.1. Violation to the rules of communication (chat and forum): (including, but not limited to) profanity, insults or deliberate flooding of the working sections of the forum. Issued personally by the Guards, Moderators, or Administration.
 

Punishment:

For Level 16 and above - from 350
 


1.2. Information prohibited in engravings on weapons / armor and in the names of characters
- Profanity, insults, names of politicians, names of political parties, expressions inciting inter-ethnic and inter-religious hatred, links to third-party resources, as well as names similar to the nicknames of the Administration of the game.
 

Punishment:
Withdrawal of weapons / armor and Curse of Poverty with the option of removal from 10 .


Punishment for forbidden nicknames:
Permanent Curse of Captivity in case of low level accounts, newly created accounts or accounts created only to insult others with their character name.
Permanent Curse of Poverty on older accounts after having refused to rename in the time given.


General: Penalty is imposed on every recorded instance of breaking the rules - every gift, every single entry in character information, every single insult etc.

 

2.  Hacking of other players' accounts

Including but not limited to:

 

  • Attempts (successful or unsuccessful) to receive a player's login details
  • Hacking or participating in hacking accounts of the game "Legend: Legacy of the Dragons"
  • Distribution of links to resources for hacking characters.
  • The use of characters previously hacked by attackers, both for the purpose of extracting game benefits, and without it.
  • Using a character to irretrievably destroy his property, without the purpose of deriving benefits for other characters.

 

Punishment:
Indefinite Curse of Captivity and complete confiscation of the character's property.
 

3.  Account sharing

Punishment : Curse of Rejection
Buying out fee  (depending on character level): 
  •  From 1 to 5 level  50
  • From 6 to 10 level  150
  • From 11 to 15 level  300
  • From 16 to 20 level  500
 

4.  Rigged fights or using more than one character in battle (multiaccounts)

Including but not limited to: 
  • Violation of Battlefield Requirements
  • Valor leeching
  • Use of multi account(s) in the same fight
  • Not following the course of the battlefield

 

Punishment:
Curse of Rejection with buying out fee from  50 
If an instance is proven and considered as rigged removal of other achievements.
 
 
4.1. The use of secondary characters to provide a combat advantage, including, but not limited to:
  • The use of negative effects by a player controlling multiple characters in order to bypass game restrictions and / or gain additional combat advantages, both for controlled characters and for combat allies, regardless of race. 
  • Simultaneous presence of two or more characters under the control of one player online, with the participation of these characters in one event (including on the battlefields, clan wars and other PVP events).
 

For the purposes of this paragraph, a transferred character is any character who, at the time of the event in question, was under the control of a third-party player.
The transfer of a character or characters to devices from which several players play does not exempt from liability under this paragraph of the rules and is defined as a violation of this paragraph.
The fact that the character has not been transferred is confirmed by the player through the game's support service.

4.2. Contracted fights

Including, but not limited to:

  • Participation in fights with a predetermined outcome
  • Upgrading the "Human/Magmar killed" characteristic in contractual battles
  • Pushing reputations or quests
     

Punishments:
Curse of Rejection with buying out fee from  100.
The amount of the fine will increases for:
 

  • Repeated violation of this paragraph (relapse) - twice the base fine:  200
  • For holding:
     
    More than 50 battles - plus  250 gold to the base fine
    More than 100 battles - plus  350 gold to the base penalty
    More than 200 battles - plus  500 gold to the base penalty
    More than 300 battles - plus  1200 gold to the base penalty

 

Players participating in "contractual" battles will be deprived of earned reputation points, accomplishments, scalps, as well as to complete quests, will be forced to complete all accomplishments again, they will be reset the quests completed as a result of such battles.

 

5.  Use of multi account to evade game limitations

Including but not limited to:
  • Enriching one of the characters at the expense of other characters under the control of one player; 
  • The use of any blessings, amulets, buffs and other effects by one of the controlled characters on another controlled by the same player
  • Bypass auction or exchange restrictions
  • Using a character for the opposite race, in order to bypass the restriction on interracial communication
  • Using single-player characters to obtain items for primary and secondary professions
  • Using other race multi for retaliation
  • Storage of items in a multi account's inventory
  • Use of amulets of resurrection by multi accounts
  • Use of multi accounts to bypass forum/chat ban
  • Use of multi accounts to spy on opposing race locations
  • Trying to circumvent the language barrier in chat

 

Punishment:
Curse of Rejection with buying out fee from  10  -  500 on main and secondary account
 

6.  Power leveling: free transfer of game money and/or items, that exceeds the recipient's level limit ( power leveling threshold ) described below and was not paid back in installments of at least 10% of the total loan every 10 days.

Power levelling threshold is considered to be exceeded and punishable if the total sum of transferred game money/goods for free is greater then: 
 

 100 for characters of levels 1-4

 200 for characters of levels 5-6

 600 for characters of levels 7-8

 800 for characters of levels 9-10

 1000 for characters of levels 11-12

 1500 for characters of levels 13-15

 2000 for characters of levels 16-18

 2500 for characters of levels 19-20

 

The calculation of gratuitous transfers is carried out from the moment of character creation on an accrual basis. The rule does not apply in case of establishing the receipt of values ​​from secondary and/or hacked characters, as well as characters using third party program.


Attention! Gratuitous transfers also include transactions aimed at circumventing game restrictions, such as giving a gift that violates social norms and rules for another player!


Punishment:
Curse of Rejection / Curse of Poverty
For recipient of goods/money:  150 Curse of Rejection + sum of imbalanced trades as Curse of Poverty
For intermediary  100 Curse of Rejection 
For sender  100 Curse of Rejection

 

6.1 Illegal enrichment at the expense of the another character.
Receiving material values ​​from a character without obtaining the consent of the owner of this character.


Punishment:
Curse of Rejection  150 Curse of Rejection + sum of imbalanced trades as Curse of Poverty

 

7.  Operations on the black market

Including but not limited to:
 

  • Attempts to sell/buy/broker game characters/items/money for real money


Punishment:
Curse of Rejection with buying out fee from  500 + Curse of Rejection - sum of transferred items/value of the sold account (5%) + Curse of Poverty 1 month cooldown time for sold accounts.


The administration and the Order of the Guards reserve the right to increase the amount of the fine in case of relapse.

 

8.  Destructive actions

Including but not limited to:

  • Obscene and insulting statements addressed to the creators of the project "Legend: Legacy of Dragons" and in relation to the game as a whole
  • Actions that negatively affect the development of the project
  • The threat of physical violence in real life
  • Incitement of national, religious and other hatred (in the presence of mitigating circumstances, curses can be imposed on the character once during the entire game in accordance with paragraph 1)
  • Persecution of employees of the administrative structures of the game for the performance of their official duties
  • Wrong/false accusations to the administrative structures of the game as well as spreading lies and wrong information about any members of structures.
  • Abuse of game bugs
  • Any violation that falls under Code of Conduct Art. 9


Punishment:
Curse of Rejection (with buying out fee from  500 )


The administration and the Order of the Guards reserve the right to increase the amount of the fine in case of relapse. 

 

8.1. Violation of the attack rule


Attacks on other players must be in compliance with the attack rules which can be found here. 
 
Punishment:
  • 1st breach of rules - 3 days of Curse of Poverty , no buy out option
  • 2nd breach of rules - 5 days of Curse of Poverty , no buy out option
  • 3rd breach of rules - 10 days of Curse of Poverty , no buy out option
  • 4th breach of rules - 15 days of Curse of Poverty , no buy out option
  • 5th breach of rules - 30 days of Curse of Poverty +   200, no buy out option
  • Starting from 6th breach of rules - 30 days of Curse of Poverty no buy out option (up to a maximum cooldown of 90 days at once) + 500  for every single violation, 


Penalty is imposed on every recorded instance of breaking the rules - every attack, every single negative effect etc. Further for every "new" violation after 6th breach of rules there will be 30 days added.
 

9.  Using third party software

Including but not limited to:
 

  • Use of third party software that allows one to collect resources
  • Use of third party software that allows one to perform automated game actions
  • Use of third party software that allows one to fight monsters/pvp
  • Use of third-party programs to trade and advertise services
  • Receiving game values ​​​​from characters using third-party programs for free or at a price that differs from the market by more than 25% Punishment


Punishment:
Curse of Rejection with buying out fee:

Up to level 10 from  1000

From level 11 from  2000

 

10.  Attacks on Guards, Mentors or any other structure member in retaliation for their work activities including, but not limited to gags, attack summons, attacks and curses, including any attack on mentors of the same race during their shift.

Punishment:
Curse of Rejection with buying out fee:

Up to level 10 from  50
From level 11 from  150 
From level 16 from  300 

 

11.  Blackmailing, Slander and Deception

See Game Rules § 11., 15. and Terms of Use (https://documentation.my.games/terms/mygames_eula) article 3.4 and 5.

Blackmailing is the act of threatening a player by continuous attacks / performing the attacks with the purpose of taking player’s game money and/or belongings until the offenders demand is met.

Blackmailing should not be confused with debt collection. Since there is no more trade contracts, and players are lending their game money/belongings on their own risk they can chose any appropriate game method to return money/items lent. Debts from other servers have no effect on COM server.

Punishment: 
from  500, if continued - endless Curse of Rejection.

11.1. Deception, fraud, slander, misleading other players, extortion, dissemination of personal data:

  • Defamation, that is, the dissemination of information discrediting the honor and dignity of the employees of the Administration or about the Administrative gaming structures, or undermining their reputation without providing evidence
  • Deception of players in order to obtain or sell an item by underestimating or exaggerating its characteristics or value;
  • Conclusion of a transaction in violation of the rules of trading outside the range of + -25% of the market price;
  • Deception, misrepresentation, concealment of information from the administration of the game or the Order of the Guardians
  • Deception, misleading players through statements on behalf of the administration
  • Forgery of evidence in any proceedings
  • Extortion of valuables, the acquisition of which is possible only for diamonds
  • Distribution of information, or links to pages containing personal information about other players and third parties without the consent of these persons. 

 

Punishment:
Curse of Rejection for slander, deceit, forgery of evidence from   100.
For the conclusion of transactions based on violation of the rules of trade and / or deception of the player - rollback of the transaction, and if it is impossible to roll back confiscation of values ​​for the amount of damage.
For extortion and dissemination of personal data from   150 +a curse of Silence for 1 month 

 

12.  Use of languages other than English

Punishment:

13.  Forum - Warnings System

 
Yellow Card
 
What can you get it for? Spam, floods, cross posting, taunts, name calling, provocations and shaming. Posting chat logs or screenshots used to taunt or shame another player.
 
Consequences: A yellow card equals a warning. A yellow card will have no disciplinary consequences. The posts will be deleted or edited. This card will expire after 3 months.
 
 - Four (4) yellow cards will turn into a 3 days forum ban.
 - Five (5) yellow cards will turn into a 7 days forum ban.
 - Six (6) yellow cards will turn into a 14 days forum ban.
 - Seven (7) yellow cards will turn into a 30 days forum ban.
 - Eight (8) yellow cards will turn into a permanent forum ban.
 
Red Card
 
What can you get it for? Swearing, insults, insult towards Admins/Mentors/Guards. Derogatory or defamatory remarks. Harmful destructive remarks towards the game. Advertising/Phishing Links.
 
Consequences: The red card will immediately ban the player on the forum for 3 days. The posts will be deleted or edited. This card will expire after 3 days.
 
The red card will not depend on nor affect the yellow cards.
 
Disciplinary punishment.
 
What can you get it for? racist, sexual or pornographic comments, shocking content, other major offences.
 
Consequences: The user will be immediately banned on the forum for 30 days or permanently with no prior warnings. The posts will be deleted or edited.
 
 
Same as red card, it doesn't affect, nor depend on yellow cards and will expire after 30 days.
 
Shaming Threads/Posts
 
Any threads/posts containing name-calling will be closed/deleted.
1st offence will be punished with a forum warning.
2nd offence will reseult in a 2 weeks forum ban.
