A City Charter is a special document sealed with a wax seal, which is used by the local authorities to reward brave warriors for their help and support.

 

 

Any warrior can receive City Charter by performing special daily tasks.

 

There are certain conditions for receiving charters, depending on the level of the quest that you have completed:

 

- you will receive 14 charters if the quest level is equal to yours;

- you will receive 6 charters if the quest level is one below yours;

- you will receive 3 charters if the quest level is two below yours;

- you will receive 2 charters if the quest level is three below yours;

- you will receive 1 charter if the quest level is four below yours;

- you will not receive any charter if the quest level is five or more below yours.
