To construct a building you need a certain amount of Riolite and energy in your backpack.
Riolite is a very strong material that is necessary for construction and enhancement of each estate building. You can buy Riolite in any estate building upon its construction.

Infirmary allows the owner of the estate to accelerate the cure of the injuries aquiered in battles. The effectiveness of the cure depends on the level of the building. More info

Statue of Experience increases/decreases the experience gained by the owner, depending on the time spent on the estate. More info
Workshop - allows the owner of the estate to create items using their own recipes. The efficiency of production depends on the level of the. More info
Repository allows the owner of the estate to "freeze" items that have a life-span. More info
Nursery allow the owner of the estate to train pets, gradually increasing their experience. The effectiveness of training depends on the level of the building. More info
Post Office will allow its owner to send letters directly from their estate. This building is built after the Town Hall level 1 has been built and does not change in the future.
Shop allows to purchase food and military exilirs, as well as unique supplies and gifts. More info
The Wall - protects against attacks from other players using Attack/Executioner Scrolls or Wraiths. More info
